Sexual Relations with a "Shifchah Charufah"
Please note that Keritot 11a offers three different explanations for the nature of Shifchah Charufah: A half-maid who is engaged to an Eved Ivri, or a half-maid who is engaged to an Eved Kenaani, or a full Shifchah Kenaanit who is engaged to an Eved Ivri. I have opted to use the phrase "Shifchah Charufah" consistently throughout this document, rather than translate it each time.
