A Prohibition which is not similar to the prototypical prohibition against Muzzling an Animal while it threshes, doesn't receive Whipping: Pesachim 41b (2x); Makkot 13b, 15a
Prohibitions which are worded with the negative instruction "Al": Eruvin 17b
A Prohibition which involves no actual activity - Lav SheEin Bo Maaseh
Whether such a transgression is punished with lashes, or not: Pesachim 63b, Bava Kama 5a; Makkot 2b, 4b, 13b, 16a, 20b; Zevachim 29b; Temurah 3a-4b
Prohibition against abuse of HaShem's Name as a Prohibition without an associated Deed: Pesachim 63b; Makkot 16a
Considering cursing a person with Gd's Name a prohibition without an associated deed: Makkot 16a; Temurah 3a, 3b
Whether we consider the attempt to exchange an animal in another's place as an offering as a deed-less prohibition, or whether its speech is its deed: Makkot 16a; Temurah 3a-b
Considering Swearing falsely or without purpose as a deed-less prohibition: Temurah 3a-b
